  • Trauma-Informed - Presence + Nervous System Safety

    I am a survivor of Complex Trauma and Complex PTSD, trained in trauma-sensitive mindfulness meditation and somatic presence. 

    Everything I do, from creative collaboration to live event program flow, is guided by a trauma-informed approach.

    That means I work with sensitivity to emotional regulation, communication safety, and nervous system awareness.

    I prioritize clarity, consent, and calm pacing in all my interactions, ensuring that everyone involved feels seen, respected, and at ease.

    A trauma-informed approach to my services and way of navigating all the pieces, is about how we work together.

    It is not therapy or coaching and does not replace professional mental health care. The intention is to support awareness and grounded next steps, not to diagnose, treat, or “fix.” You are always in charge of your pace and what you choose to share. This is a safe space.

    It’s how I bring emotionally intelligent presence and steadiness into creative environments that are often fast-paced or high-stakes.

    It’s what makes the work not just productive but ultimately respectful to our humanity.
